Adam joins an incredible cast for a reading of BERNICE BOBS HER HAIR, a new musical by Adam Gwon (music) and Julia Jordan (book and lyrics), adapted from the short story by F. Scott Fitzgerald. Directed by Joe Calarco, the reading also features Tony Award-winner John Lloyd Young (JERSEY BOYS), Kate Wetherhead (LEGALLY BLONDE, THE 25TH ANNUAL PUTNAM COUNTY SPELLING BEE), Jared Gertner, and others.
Adam plays Malcolm, the suicidally-hopeless-but-lovable nerd who still lives with his Mom, in the Maltz Jupiter Theatre‘s production of THE FULL MONTY, the hit Broadway musical based on the film. Also featuring classic comedienne Mimi Hines, the show is directed by Alan Souza and runs until March 16.
Adam performs in the first of a series of cabarets featuring new musical theater writing teams. This evening showcases the songwriting team of Joshua Salzman and Ryan Cunningham (I LOVE YOU BECAUSE). Adam performs his own song, “I’ll Be The One” (available on the Writing page of this site!), as well as the Salzman/Cunningham songs “Another Saturday Night in New York,” “Suddenly” and “Next Thing You Know.” The cast also includes David Austin, Tiana Checchia, Jaclyn Huberman, and Jay A.
